I guess I don't get the center orientation for your chart? and windspeed?
The Windchart that Shiloh and Jim Terry sells works extremely well. It is based off of alot of research and actual shooting that Kenny Wasserburger put into it, and while it's main bulllet is a 540 gr 45 cal, it is amazingly close with alot of other heavy for caliber bullets. I keep one in the lid of my line box.

Yes a 5 oclock wind will drive the bullet a bit further up and to the left than a straight 6. A 7 oclock wind should be about the same elevation as a 5 but move to the right.
