Do you weigh each charge or volume measure?
How much neck tension are you run'n?
One other item to check, is bullet runout. Keep your T.I.R. under .003 total, and you're good.
LG
Weighed each charge on digital scale. Seated bullet with Vickerman in line seating die. Expanded brass with BACO expander, don't recall diameter. Notebook paper between primer and brass while hand seating primer with RCBS primer.
Try coffee filter paper over the primer.
CK the expander dia as anything over .002 diff between case neck dia and bullet dia will/may swage the the bullet down in dia.
Seat the bullet 1/2 way, lower the ram-Rotate 180* the case and finish seat'n.
A run out gauge is handy to have. Here is what I use for all of my precision loads. Well worth the money!
