I lube through a sizer and usually run 1 -2 thou over bore diameter with .511 being preferred. That way often there is no shearing of the lead at all and just deposits the lube. If it does size then, it is only minimal . Honestly cant say how .510 compares to .512 in my rifle as I havent run that test. Havent fired a round since November and still playing cat & mouse with my 44 at present. Bobs comment about differing mould diameters is interesting also as I've read this before. Apparently the sizing and belling plugs varied in the older manufactured die sets also. I've even found this with sets only a few years old. Some do vary . Good luck with your shoot.
