Followup qustion
Annealing. How often should it be done? My heavy use brass I anneal at the end of the season. Some anneal once and never again, some every reload, some every 5 reloads. Are there any physical indicators as to when it is time to anneal? Some of my brass goes 2 + years with slightly used brass. Just A question I've been thinking about.

I don't know if there's a set answer on that. Mostly it would depend on if you think the accuracy is falling off, then try annealing and see if it comes back.

I anneal new brass once if I don't have to form a bottle neck with new brass and never again because I don't resize my cases
Reducing the case neck usually three times before reloading it.
