Odd, usually if I anneal about an inch of the mouth of a Starline 2.4 case it stretches fairly easily.

RE: Need some help
I annealed one case and the most I could get was.010-.012, that was using a 45-90 RCBS full length sizer.

Oh, don't take that barrel off, they are real shooters.
Like has been said, you need to stretch the brass.
The KAL stretcher is the only way to go for that.
I've also trimmed down 45 2.6 but all mine wound up cracking at the base after a few shots.
somewhere there is a drawing by DanT of the perfect bullet for it,
or if you like PP, patching to groove works great.
I can get you more details on my loads when I get time, but I've got several of those and they all shoot great.

Go to this thread and scroll down til you get to the bullet diagram for the Browning/Winchester 45-90 bullet. that is a real good GG bullet.
Seated out til it touches the lands with about 90 +/- 5 gr of Swiss 1.5 and GM155M primers worked excellent.

Bill,
Did you talk to Brian Smith? I sold him the rifle that Natalie shoots which is the same as yours. With the proper length brass that rifle should shoot. I don't know which shoot you have coming up but I'm sure Brian would give you some of his ammo yo try
BTW when is the spring Buffalo shoot at Milan?

so are you saying that bullet doesn't shoot in your gun ?

One thing about Brooks noses are they might not be money noses. I call mine the "Who Nose" but it shoots well.
