The 500-N would make a very good hunting bullet as well the once Michael listed but I think I would use them for the single shot rifle and not a lever action were they could create a feeding problem pealing the patch back if the round comes up at a angle feeding into the chamber.
I just sent Tom two prints of the bullets SgtDog0311 has been working on and Tom just put them in his catalog on page 16 and 17 the 46-454-A and the 46-467-L. I want to use these for the 95 Marlin 95 .45-70 or the Sharps for taking a follow up shot with out a feeding problem form a fouled chamber.
I ordered a iron block mould with both of those bullets in one block. That is like getting a second mould for $15.

Heck that 46-454-A might even make a good chicken load
