Almost ready

for next seasons matches and rock busting. Weather hasn't been good for much of anything outside so I been casting. The skin is just about worn off my fingers patching not counting the amount of times I tried to pick up a hot bullet with my bare fingers LOL. I need about another 150 .45 caliber bullets then I will cast some more .44's but first I have to get some more lead and make some alloy again.
Need to take a break anyway......Kurt

With the 2 days of the Creedmoor cup just before the Lodi match might need more than those 150 extra

As much as I want to shoot the Lodi matches I have to pass on them. They fall at the same time as the Q and my Daughter wants to shoot the Father Daughter with me.

It's the week before the Q, you'll still have time to get there.

Don it's a 4 or 5 day event this year and that wont give me time getting Kathy some practice time. Besides it takes 2-1/2 long days to get there.

4 days, thursday and friday for the Cup, and Saturday sunday for the regional.. That would still get you to Forsyth Wednesday.

Heck shoot team with Kathy and Lodi, she might really shine at that.

If we would shoot the Lodi I would let her use the Tollefson .44-100. One portion of that match is just you and your rifle, no coaching and she is not ready for that yet, besides she wants the Q Father/Daughter. She drug her Husband to it in 08 on her Honeymoon to shoot it with me, so it must be important for her, besides I would not miss the opportunity shooting it with her.

Heck have her shoot both, as good as she is, that cup match wouldn't be a problem, and she'll make a heck of a good spotter for you in the regional. Hop in the truck with all her trophy's Sunday night and head towards the Big Sky
