Thanks Dean . I do appreciate the tip I just think my spotters are a little too fixated on the target and just need to 'broaden their horizons' ! Well..maybe I'll try using bullets next year and allow for the Northern vs Southern hemisphere, sight adjustment correction.. and I may hit a plate to two.
