RE: "Q" time
Going to miss not being there with you guys Gussy.
This will be my second time not going in 24 years.
You, Larry and Lora, Dick and Chris have been good company and great to shoot along side with.
I don't think Larry and Chris are going either this year.

RE: "Q" time
If you were shooting late on Saturday it was rough on scores. The wind was strong enough to tip over at least one of the outhouses. Sunday was no piece of cake either. If you were shooting the buffalo or the bucket on Sunday, you had your work cut out for you.
I was rather disappointed in my shooting. I feel that Neal and I are a good shooter/spotter team. We were there with the intention of winning. The wheels started falling off right away on Saturday. I finished with 31 and Neal with 32. The winning 42 was definitely a great score in those conditions!
In hindsight it was a good learning experience. Next time we’ll be much more aggressive with our wind calls and sight corrections.
Joan and I had a nice trip back. We headed down into the Black Hills and spent three nights out of the heat, wind, and dust. Pretty obvious why the Natives loved it there!
