Yeah, that too ;]
Got an e-mail from Steve Brooks confirming mould order change, 1.285" it will be for the 44-77 SBN, I'll put my faith in all of you men and the Buffalo hunters of old that it will penetrate and wont leave me lacking.
19 twist should stabilize it nicely.

Happy to report, I contacted a lab coat Bud of mine and gave him the numbers, twist for maximum stability for my bullet is 19.3, so 19 twist is a little further up in the wheelhouse.
Got my brass in this morning, dies will be here this afternoon ;]

RE: Period correct '74 Sharps Buffalo Rifles?
98 [saved two too ship to Shiloh if needed] brand new sticks of brass FL sized and primed, ran 77 gr OE2F through the drop tube, not necessary, still had at least 7/16ths of the neck unfilled, what a cavernous little case.
Quickly poured in 77 gr OE1.5F through a funnel, perfect, about 3/16ths from the top, slight compression on thumb seating the bullet and should be GTG.
It's going to be a long painful WAIT!

I thought Shiloh was about .078, I have some for the c Sharps and that’s .067. I haven’t done a lot of research on the 44-77 but I haven’t seen anything with a rim that small.
