Follow-up on range trip with Bill;
He shot so dang'd many groups on that one target ... I didn't know what he did, but he knew. He had a couple of 3" groups @ 300 yds, with a 40 something-or-other highwall. I had a couple of terrible 10-12" groups with the 45/90 at 200yds, so nothing to brag about there. That ammo was left-over 2008 Quigley stuff.

Spent this afternoon loading 2 different BACO money bullets in 45/90 Remington cases, some weigh'd 525, some 537 gr., with 1.5 Swiss and some with Old E. Also got some of Boomer's 540 gr. Money bullets cast, and will load some of them later on. Nice lookin' slugs!
That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it!

I bought some in the early seventys for an 86
