The Quigley, anyone?
The Q is coming up in mid-June. The range opens up on the Monday of that week. It's a fun gong-style shoot, with steel targets from 350 yds. (off-hand) on out to 805 off the stix. Some years it draws about 625 shooters, more or less. Always a lota fun. Bring a bunch of ammo, as the Montana breezes can be switchy, sorta . Six targets, with 8 shots on each.
Maybe somebody has "the flyer" and will post it.
See ya there,
Jim
That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it!

RE: The Quigley, anyone?
Yup, will be pointing the Suburban in that direction Wednesday before the match. Should be there by suppertime which we will likely do at the Hong Kong. My shop and garage are full of .40-70 SS brass in various stages of assembly for my Wife Mary & Daughter Anna. .45-70 will be next to feed my John King built Roller. Since I mentioned it that Roller with the new SB Postell and 70 grains of Swiss 1 1/2 is shooting very well. I will be dragging my Hi-wall in .45-100 along to play as I have not completed a load that I trust yet. Spent the day today at the range and watched Mary shoot some scary good groups at 200 meters with Anna right on her heels! This may be the year they beat the old man!
