BPCR rule book
All,
Is there a current rule book (2022 or 2023) for BPCR or 22 BPCR?
I have looked online and find old books that say scopes are not allowed.
What I am looking for is if a Lyman jr targetspot is legal? I believe the objective lens is less than 1”.
Cheers,
Steve

RE: BPCR rule book
If you go to the NRA competitions page, the rule books are there for bpcr and BPTR. If the mounts on your lyman are ceclicked it should be legal. If you'll rather not mess with those mounts you could put a set of the DZ Unertl mounts on it.
here's the 22 bpcr rules https://www.22bpcra.com/wp-content/uploa...1-2020.pdf
Scopes have as far as I know always been legal. The only place I'm aware of that doesn't allow scopes is the Creedmoor 150 thing in Oak Ridge.
A wise man can always be found alone. A weak man can always be found in a crowd.

RE: BPCR rule book
Thanks Don! I was looking for BP and thought it was a separate book like BPTR. Unfortunately, the Lyman is not legal because of the adjusting ring on the objective lens is greater than 1”. It is 1.175” and supposedly an original Winchester A5 measures 1.020”. I don’t own either of these and found some posts on the Shiloh forum that had the dimensions listed.
Cheers,
Steve

RE: BPCR rule book
Sam,
I am in the market for a 6X Unertl small game. I have found a few 4x but no 6X yet.
I will be using a Malcolm 6X in the meantime.
