I picked up a new lot of 1.5 Swiss a6 the Q Lot#Apr-26-2022 and I loaded some ladder loads with this new lot starting with 59 grains uncompressed and followed with 60, 61 and 62 grains with a 06 NAPA wad and a 358 gr DDEPP of Arnies design bullet.
I wanted to see how different primers worked so I used the Fed LR 210 GM Match as well as Fed Blue box LP 150, Fed LR 150 GM Match, CCI 350 LP MAG.
I shot here at home on my 130 yard range that is pretty protected from wind and the day did not have wind here and the sun was bright except heavy Canadian smoke.
I'm not supposed to shoot, orders from the Eye Doc so I put a recoil pad on the little .38-50 HEP and did my thing

life is too short not to enjoy doing what you like.
I cant really say that some groups are out of line with all of the loads fired because even at this close range I had problems getting a good sight pictures maybe I did some good misses to keep them tight.

I used Winchester .30-40 Krag brass in the Hepburn and the .38-50 CPA I will use the Graf brass and that chamber is tighter, I used my reamer for it so I can keep the brass sorted. The Hep brass wont fit the CPA chamber.
The CPA is next. I havent worked with it to much yet.
