Temp running 90 humidity 8% winds from 9 to 3 o’clock and mostly from 7-5 and they might change, befornyou can get the shot off. Watching the target thru the spotting scope it will get close the move away might be sharp and black to just simm grey spot

This is probably the most relaxed and shooter friendly fun match I’ve been too in a very long time
The targets are super good , every morning we start on brand new un touched targets
The format is such that you can set your gear on the line and not move it until you are done for the day
Folks that didn’t come are really missing out

Don,

TNX. For posting the results, sounds like a fine match.
Man 90º already for this time of year already sounds tough for someone working in a freezer and stepping into that heat would be hard to get comfortable with. But it looks like pretty good shooting conditions.

I am surprised to see only 25 competitors on the roster.

There were quite a few that dropped out just before the iron man started but there are some will come to shoot the 3 days of 1000
Conditions change rapidly might be 5 left to back to 8 right up 3 or down 2 between shots

Dave Gullo is a animal on the firing line, seems he’s at the top of every match he attends. Perhaps a underrated competitor ?

Dave is just one of those hard holders and especially when John Venhouse is spotting for home, its very seldom he wont be in the top finishers. He can be beat but you better bring your A game

I saw his name under mine at the Q a couple times and that made me want to do hand stands.
And be is a fine feller to spend time with.
