Forsyth Long Range Match
this Month's match was a 40 cal featured match
8 shooters showed up with 40 cal rifles including John Rusting all the way from San Fransisco.

I sure wish that I lived close enough to make those matches.
But I have to ask; was the ground soft enough to get the sticks driven in or did you need a drill to bore a pilot hole first?? Smile

Current temp. @ Forsyth is 34*F, so it may be getting somewhat

Well Jim, I guess maybe better to pack several sticks in case the spikes split out driving then in Smile
I do like shooting with them, fine range and good people to shoot along side with.

This month it was real soft. Last couple you had to bring a hammer
