Nice antelope and great pictures. Years ago Dad built a two wheel cart using heavy duty Timken bearings and strong axle for pulling behind ATV. ATV type tires. Cattle panel welded around for enclosure, just big enough for a newforn calf. They work great for hauling hunted critters as well. I built one as well and son uses now. That looks like a good heavy duty trailer.
I use Hi Mt. Jerky seasoning when I make mine. Wyoming product if I remember right.

This is cart is the ATV backpacker, made in Montana. Supposed to have a 1200 lb capacity. The neat thing about it the wheels are mounted on a lever so the bed will lay flat on the ground to load it. Would be really handy for loading an elk or a moose.
Cool idea on folding down to the ground for loading!
