OK Jim I shot again today and got a comparison velocity between the 24" and the 28" barrels from the same box of 50 Norma match and shot both rifles at a 10 minute interval at 37 degrees F.
Also I had the target setup at 55 yards to run some mid price range match ammo in a 8 o-clock full factor winds. I did not change the sight settings to see if any show the effects of wind over others.
