Big GrinBig Grin That's a true story, altho I can say you were trying very hard to see if your camera could melt down.
A wise man can always be found alone. A weak man can always be found in a crowd.

Your Wife and Yourself are doing a fine job Sir, have fun restocking those freezers this fall, and just like with cattle, the bigger those boys get, the more they'll eat.Big Grin

I remember dad telling me once after I reached adulthood, when you were 14 you were already as big as a skint mule and ate like a team of skidding horses ;]

Thanks Gunner, I’m still in a little shock as to how much meat we’ve eaten. My boys are 14,11,9,7 so it’s only gonna get worse haha.

LOL, Holy Smokes, you'll have to get hunting tags for the little ones to get that crew fed! ;]

Sounds like a fine life to lead.

I think we will need to start stock piling fish as well and maybe a few birds. Ha

LOL, that'll work, my Wife even cans venison around here, one of my favorite dinners when she's traveling for business in to slice off a couple big slabs of her rising wheat bread, slap it in the toaster, pour a pint of canned venison in a strainer to drain.

Throw it in a skillet to warm, dump in a couple heaping tablespoons of her sweet/hot jalapenos relish, stir in some bbq sauce, put a slab of toast in a bowl, cover with bbq venison, slap a toast lid on it, grab a fork and a cold beer, mmmmmmmmmm Good! ;]
