Hornady case mouth was .010, a bit thinner than the WW, and again more uniform.
Both cases hold 70 grs. of OE 2f with room to spare , by just dumping the powder thru the funnel.

Don,
I just loaded up 100 cases of 45-70 Hornady for an upcoming match. My first time loading this brass and I dumped 65 gr of OE 2F through my drop tube and only had an 1/8 of an inch left in the case. So I dropped it back to 62 gr. using a .030 fiber wad. I'm not sure what the compression will work out to be yet until I check what I need for bullet seat.

Finished the loading today, with the BACO Money Bullet with reduced band, My OAL was 3.050. I have approx. .150 Compression we will see what that brings this weekend. Just getting back into this after being out of it for 10 years. I just got everything I needed rounded up so I have had no time to load test will have to do it under live situation at match Saturday.
