Captec International
Visited with Kathi at Captec about the possibility of them running 32-40, 38-55 and 38-50. She said the more they hear from folks wanting that , the more they would be inclined to run it.
So here ya go folks give them a call at 605-791-1974 and let them know what you want. They are listening and have demonstrated in the past to fulfill customer requests.

Only 1 there that I know of. She said they had already sold out 2 runs of the 303 savage, and the 250 savage brass, they've had to make multiple runs of the 357 max and 351 self loader.
So I told her I'ld get the word out and see what sort of interest we could generate.

I hope they do see fit to make a run of those cases. Like I told Kathi, they're already set up for 32-40 and 38-55 as the case head etc is the same as the 303 savage, and with the big boys dropping those and the 30-40..

Not trying to argue, Don, but the .303 Savage has a larger rim size than the .32/40 or .38/55. The .32 and .38 use the same case head as the .30/30. The .303 Savage is kind of unique. Shoot sharp, Mike

Mike I believe Captec's description of their 303 give the rim the same size as the 30-30 family. I heard from a fella on another board he was reforming 303 savage to 32-40.

Hmmm... I've got some Jamison .303 Savage and I'll see if they fit in a .30/30 shell holder. (Or was that fella making .32/40 Remingtons? Those did have a larger head.) Shoot sharp, Mike
