in a former life I bred quarter horses.
one of lifes greatest joys was finding that first foal of the year born the night before.
another was watching foals testing themselves for speed and coordination together.
one of these foals turned out to be the highest money earning reining horse in Australia for a year, and another won the Australian reining futurity for its year.
