I have that sight on one of my rifles. Mine id the 107 long range and the 108 mid range is a shorter version and when you tighten the eye cup you canot turn the lead screw to raise or lower the cup.
This sight takes a different cup that has a longer thread and it seats against the staff and lockes the sight so you cant bump the lead screw and change the setting. If you get a Hadley for it you have to order it for the 107 or 108 sight so it lockers the adjustment.
No washers for this sight.
