Remember Don I chose Orville's tight paper patch chamber and use a .431 patched to .439 for a slip fit in the fired case. I like it a bit tighter and use a Meachem bushing die at .448 for a nice snug fit. I do not think a bullet any larger will chamber in this rifle. This thing has begun to show lots of promise and is just plain fun to load and shoot. I am thinking a 2 diameter .431 base and then to .427/.428 for good nose clearance with a fouled bore at about 450 to 480 grains for the 1/19 twist Shiloh uses in their barrels.
