Gary if you're looking thinking a rifle for Barb, go with a roughrider with a 30-32 inch standard barrel in the 44-77. Recoil won't be bad, the lack of the cheek piece on the roughrider will probably make the rifle fit her much better.
Powderburner has that business rifle and it's just an absolute delight to shoot.
I'm looking awfully forward to getting my grubby paws on Kurts rifle.
