RE: 45 2.1 ppb? - Semtav - 02-25-2015 But if You aren't married to Black powder only for hunting, BH 209 with a Groove dia PP bullet gives excellent repeatability. I shot about 50 a couple weeks ago and the last was as accurate as the first. I retire from active duty next year and will be moving back home where there are more opportunities for me to get into it. The short term is I plan on using this rifle for this year's deer season so looking at what to load. I keep hearing how well ppb performs on game so want to give them a go. As far as bp like it been using it for years in muzzleloaders, cap and ball revolvers, and cartridge revolvers. It is not as clean as 209 but its alot of fun |
