RE: New slick
Don, sorry I meant the 44-90 bn I have on order from Shiloh. The new mold I got is for the 120 and is working good but thank's for the offer. The beast seem's to like 560 gr.s as that is what's working so far. Had to cancel on the creedmoor Sad as I am very busy with work and some medical thing's. But not to worry I may see you at Raton this year. The 12th of sept. is my BD.Big Grin

ConfusedOOH ok I'm with ya now... You bet it should work.
We'll know more about it after I get a chance to work with it a little.
If it works well, then when we know your rifle is on the way I can send you a batch to try.

Cast up about 75 this afternoon. They're going to be .435 from 20-1 and the weight I sorted off of from this batch was 453.5 grs. Hope to get a shooting report Thursday.Big Grin

Okay they say the winds are supposed to be mild and the temp half decent.. Have 30 rounds loaded, 10 rounds of 3 different powder charges of OE 2f. 75,76, and 77 grs.

Got to do a little shooting today. Really liked the way it worked at 500 and it showed some promise at 800. If the weather cooperates plan on revisiting the 800 yd line and working back to 1000.

Big Grin Sometimes even a blind hog finds the acornTongue
Before the wind/snow/rain and cold kicked us off the range this morning. I had two different little groups with this Brooks bullet that I could cover the 3 shots with my hand at 800 yds.Big Grin

Ahhh is that silver bullet going for gold???????? Smile
The reason a dog has so many friends is because he wags his tail instead of his tongue.

Big Grin Might be Kurt, this MVA scope isn't hurting anything in the accuracy dept... Now if I can figure out if this rear mount is bad or if it's just the nature of the beast...Angry. Either way the thing is going to have to change...
