Who's the bbl maker(s)?
Sure doesn't sound like a Shiloh made bbls.

All three barrels are Shiloh barrels. The first barrel I said was chambered on the wrong end. The muzzle was larger then the breach end. I don't care who the barrel maker is or who the rifle company is mistakes will happen. This rifle was my second from Shiloh and 5 more followed it since. This is the only one giving me fits.
Like I said in a previous post I don't think that it's the barrel, because it's a on & off again thing with this rifle. I shot 50 rounds again today. 11 I could cover with a silver dollar at 200. the rest where spread out in a round 9" circle. 5 shots in a row cut.
Conditions where as good as you can get. Sun was up, temp was 45 degrees and a head on breeze at less then 5 MPH. cant get any better conditions for shooting.

Have you done a close inspection of the muzzle's crown?
This is a real 'head-scratcher'.....

Change the firing pin and load 50 rounds in Jamison brass, see if the groups hold then.Then pull the breechblock and make sure there's no primer/brass material building up in the firing pin hole/bushing.

Well hell Kurt, sell it at a gun show and save your self all that grief !!

Yes I have several times. The ES has never been above 15 fps, and single digits SD's

I shot this rifle one year at Lodi Wis for the long range and was doing pretty well till the sky fell and misty rains where I cross fired three times on the 900 and the target I cross fired on was a 10 and he shot mine. I had to pull off the line because I could not see the target with the front insert out of the globe to let all the light in.
The rifle will shoot but it's not consistent.

Yes I had Kirk trim a little off the muzzle back in 13 after the Quigley dust storm when I had him refinish the barrel. He also changed the breach block because the oval firing pin channel was rubbing the case head grooving it.
Well I cleaned it good last night good coat of oil in the bore and put it in the far corner of the safe out of the way for a while. I have a new secret .45-90 CPA coming in April that will shoot a new secret guided bullet.
