Gary it is wet dry paper. The grid is black.

HW 55 both of those calibers should show pretty good.
You better have Gail ship them to me.....to hot and humid down your way, they might rust by the time you get themSmile

RE: It's done
I finally got around 70 cases I fired one time and I loaded some 5 round ladder test loads using 2F OE and a BACO bullet that weighs 518 gr left in the picture and on the right a bullet from a KAL mould that weighs 503 gr. It was pretty hot out today so I only shot 30 rounds from 80 to 82 grains. The target was a little small for 200 yards using the tang sights but I'm very pleased to say the least with the way this rifle is shooting.
Conditions where hot but good and most important of all no vertical!!!! Smile
The groups are not bad using the powder loads and two different bullets. The 82 gr load of 2F OE with the KAL bullet shot a 4 shot into 1/2" vertical and 1-1/8" horizontal. What more can I expect??
Wonder what I can do using the scope???

Kurt

Kurt, That's "some" shooting, for sure. And is that with the new .44 barrel from Oregon? Shoot sharp, Mike

Looks like it's coming together nicely. It was HOT down here in west central Illinois too. Had a .22 silhouette match today at Carthage, I must have sweated all over my lowall .
