Have you ck'd the FP?
I have never had any issue with Fed match or BR2 primers in any firearm I've used them in.

I have the Fed 210M primers that Kurt speaks of.. I will use them to get the new shooter on his way to an entertaining sport.

Kurt----i had the same light firing pin strikes at the state match----new brick of BR2's-----i though i might have trash on the transfer bar or under the firing pin head bit i couldn't find anything amiss.

i'm into the second hundred count box loading for the club match this saturday we'll see what happens

Wonder if they are the same?

I uniform my primer pockets and remove a little metal from all brands except starline. While my starline brass is very uniform the primer pockets are formed extra deep. LB

I don't know what the Lot# was of the sleeve of 6000 was. I shot the last I had at Lodi and had one misfire during the match.
When I first started having misfires The transfer bar pin and spring was changed and cleaned. Made no difference with the shallow dents and occasional misfire.
The Fed's work fine and I need to get restocked when I see them.

its stamped "depressed no printing" into the face of the cardboard sleeve that retains the primers in the plastic tray

Hi Kokomo----these cases are well used , in good shape and have never had difficulties with ignition.------------the primer strikes are definitely "light" whether from dirty mechanisms, weak springs or "hard" primer cups isn't known yet,

Ill report any more difficulties if they occur

Dave, I just got three bricks of BR-2 from powder valley but they are different lot. Someone sure likes them as they sold out in three days. LB

Hey there LB---yup and they get too much fer em as well---i usually get mine at 10-ring in north houston-----time to stop by there and see whats new.

Not sure if they make a big difference for a poor shooter like me but perhaps its a confidence builder

BTW shot a 2 minute group on rams with that PP chicken load ---things is commin together
