JB I'll have a batch of these new bullets at the Quigley, we'll also have the fixins along to load some ( Will pick up 9 lbs of 1.5 OE when Bear River gets there plus will carry along a can or two of 2f, also will be receiving a case of Remington 9 1/2's along the way) , and you're surely welcome to burn a batch of them down range.

Much appreciated Don. I have laid in a few supplies to aid in loading whilst I'm there but the chance to try a few rounds with another bullet is always welcome. I've been fairly impressed with the Brooks mould ( 1.37" ) ...and for that matter the Acc. Mould.. at 1.32 " up till 600 yds or so...but the jury is still out beyond that. Weights in the 483 to 490 grn range. The Brooks bullet chronographed at an average of 1298 fps in front of 76 grns of Swiss 1.5. Any updates on Jamison brass ? ... I'm getting an inkling that it will be ready a week after I've returned from the Q !

Haven't heard anything about the Jamison brass yet, but I was thinking about calling. I could use another 100 right about now.
