16 twist bullet length
What is the longest bullet anyone is running in a 16 twist 45-110? I'm thinking of having one made that's 1.525 long. Calculates out with the Dell formula.
I'd have plenty of base if I needed to mill it back a few thou if it didn't work.

I swagged some 1 3/4 for the .45-90 and shot them 200 yards out of a 18 ROT and they made round holes, but that is short range shooting.
You might have a hard time finding mould blocks more then 1.5"
