Special Shiloh Sharps .40-70
A friend of mine mentioned his Shiloh that he got from Bill Bagwell and I told him if he ever wanted to sell it to give me a shot at buying it. He said he knew where another “Bagwell” Shiloh was. He put me in touch with Bill’s wife Sidra and I called her and struck a deal. The gun is a Montana Rough Rider in .40-70 Sharps Straight. It has Bill’s copper penny front sight and a Walter Cooper forend tip. This one will see a lot of range time and hopefully drop a deer or two

Bill obviously had great taste in rifles. What a beautiful Shiloh. Tim
