C Sharps 1874
Well, I'm gonna try one mainly because of the short wait (7 months) and chambered in 44-90 straight. Pretty much a plain jane bridgeport aka Roughrider in Shiloh parlance with 30 in hvy octagon. I already have a 44-70 roller so this will up my 44 herd to four. Let the wait begin.

Will be interesting to see how that treats you. If you can scare up some Jamison 45-90 brass it will likely shoot better than with the scrapline 45-90.
Somewhere north of 82 grains of OE 1.5 will be your friend.

Yeah, trying to chase down some right now. Whats with the scrapline brass....I didn't know there was a problem other than needing roasting in hell to anneal.

Nice, and congrats on the new build, no flies on a C Sharps that I can see, matter of fact, I have a hard eye on a 50-90 C Sharps bull barrel rifle, I may need to bring it home.

Gunner your like me your just not happy with the girly calibers. You need that extra push when the hammer falls
Starline is the only affordable game for us now and most of my brass is from them and it's working well for me. Yes I have had problems with certain runs with the 2.6 brass that had base separation but all in all it's good brass.

LOL Kurt, you may be on to something there, I too have had good service and accuracy from Starline brass, I anneal the hell out of it, full length size, load and go, no problems in several calibers.

Gunner, what weight barrel does your new .50/90 have? I have a .50/90 by C. Sharps with a 30" #2 barrel, a 14 pound gun.
Even so, I don't have a lot of experience with it, mainly shooting paper patch bullets. Shoot sharp,
