Shot the rifle at 1000 yards, think it's going to work. It really liked the dual diameter Brooks bullet patched in seth cole 55 w, loaded over 82 grains of OE 1 1/2 and a single felt wad.. (those are the ones in the white), wish now I had made up more than just 5 of those.

Looking more than a little promising there Don. Would be nice to be able to test loads in my backyard.. Funny...there isn't any snow in my yard either ? Is that screen shot from the Caldwell ? Sure is clear

JB, yes that's the Caldwell.
The wind was a bit twitchy, gusting mostly left right, but would occasionally come back straight head on. Shot the snot out of that tie at the bottom of the target. Need to get some range flags set up.

How far was the camera from the target?
Do you get much camera shake in the wind?

Camera was about 10-15 ft. in front of the target. Yup once in awhile it would shake in a gust.
