RE: CSA 1885
Be interested in yours and Carols' feedback on the BWS Don. Was also wondering if the 44 rifle wad/squeegie would be up to 438/446 dimensions of our 44/77's etc and not the lesser .429/.430 dimensions of the 44 mag/444 Marlin etc ?. The .40 cal should be no problem though. I'll make some enquiries with BACo and in the mean time will be interested to hear your feedback.

Dave says the 44's are for the 44 rifles, he also said he tried to cheat and use the 45's in one of his 44 rifles... didn't work.
Unfortunately I suppose due to the sever thunderstorms in the area this evening the UPS truck didn't show.. So probably won't have the BWS until Monday now.

Good, if Dave ever wakes up and switches over to .44's the rest of us are doomed. We have to find a way to keep him feeding the .45's...

That's a very true story, sure do hope he never puts a 44 barrel on his Borchardt, if he does the rest of us just as well stay home...Confused

Anyway, did not take a camera, but that little rifle shoots very well. Once we got a no wind zero on the thing and got the elevation settings, she could hit all the silhouette swingers at will and shot nice groups on them to boot.
Now I got to get busy casting some more of those BACO 390 creed moor bullets..
