RE: Die
Yes I think it would work because there is a die lock ring on the outside that I didn't touch. Kermit had it set.

RE: Die
Can you change the flash hole pin and make flash holes .060 ? Looks very much like the die I got from Fred Cornell. When I talked to the master shooter that was having great results with the small flash hole I found out what I was doing wrong.. He told me to put a small amount of lube on the swage and that stoped the sticking and to do the forming with short bumps instead of one forced form. LB

RE: Die
How much force is required to resize the pockets? Will it work on a Rockchucker?

Thanks,

Chris.

RE: Die
I'm using a small RCBS that I have my wad punches on. I also use a little lube on the pin, won't stick so much that way. After this weekend at Effingham I will have some more cases to do.

RE: Die
I use a Dorman p19c freeze plug with a .300 hole drilled in it on my setup to push the case off at the bottom of the stroke.

Hiwall55, How well does the pocket swage work and have you found any secrets to making it work? I have one on the way. LB

RE: Die
The pocket swage gets easier to use the more you use it.makes the inside and outside dang near perfect.ive used mine on 45/70,40/65, 40/70SS all with great results with Federal 150 LP primers.
