40-70SS Hiwall
drove down and picked up my flat spring Hiwall and camped out at one of Missouri's parks ,got back home Saturday and loaded up some shells
to try it out today. First up 20 paper patch to smooth the bore, a badger barrel new, old stock, then 10 395 grain creedmoors. The paper patch shot OK but the creedmoor bullets shot real well, 56 grains is Swiss 1.5 with a LDPE wad grouped at 1.25 perfect round group. I really like the captech brass.

That sound pretty good for a brand new rifle. Should be some good things come from that one.
