some shooting at the beginning of the movie, most of the shots were performed by Herb Parsons a winchester showman shooter back in the day, after finishing filming the filming ended the people in charge of filming gave Herb Parsons the rifle as seen in the movie, it hung in a glass case over Herbs fireplace in his home in Laconia Tn, which is about 35 miles from my home, plenty of interesting stories about Herb Parsons
