When was the last time you clean'd the firing pin area out? It's easy to forget to.
The only time I had a no-fire issue on my Sharps, was from a broken FP tip.

Is that in USA dollars or Aussie?
What do LR primers run on average for you?
I know shooting is way more expensive for our friends in Australia, than the USA.
How much of that expense is due to some of the stupid laws you folks are forced to deal with?

RE: .45-2.4 brass
Thats Aus dollars.. or 'Pacific pesos' ...as they are sometimes referred to down here. My last box of BR2's was over $AUD90 per thousand and thats when our dollar was buying about .95 US cents. We are down in the low 80's at the moment. I havent been buying lots of primers but regardless of whats been bought, I havent paid less than $75AUD per thousand in the last three years. I'm fairly convinced its the agents/importers loading the prices...not the end dealers. Beggars cant be choosers ..so we pay. Same with powders and most components or reloading gear. Wano is the most available powder down here and I believe its around $70 AUD a kg ( 2 lb ) . Swiss ...harder to locate consistently and over $100AUD a kg. Goex doesnt exist..but would love someone to pick up the import so I could try this O.E. At least we are still shooting.
