Making a 2 day shoot with one day for the big guns and 1 for the 22's might get you a good crowd in.
I know of a few places where they shoot 22 bpcr according to the "rules" and then have an "Open" class where any rifle not falling into the 22bpcr specs, but able to be loaded singly can shoot and compete for that category.
Getting a couple of banks of targets from the 22 bpcr association, and scrounging some old grader blades, and let the fun begin
