The Browning is . 223, Ruger is . 224. I have about 800 .223, 45gr bullets. The Browning shoots . 224s just fine. I usually reduce the load a few grains when starting a new load. I've never seen any sign of pressure.

The last target was shot loaded .1 under max load in the new Lyman book. Primers were still rounded and not even remotely flattened. (The new Lee neck sizing die had a load sheet that had a starting load .2 grain under the Lyman max!! Lee max was over a full grain more than Lyman.)
