Get some Jojoba oil and mix that dirt wax 2 parts oil to 1 part wax.

I havent had any Sperm oil for about 10 years now. When the local War surplus store carried it I got the last of the green 1 gallon cans and it is long gone. But Jojoba oil I think is better then DX-1. It's a lot cheaper then the Jojoba.
