Does the windage zero change when you swap blocks?

I am happy that I can go from 200-1000 without swapping blocks. Those mounts go to 0.450 I think so in theory I could go with a little shorter rear block. Currently I think my scope should top out at about 1100 yards with Phoenix air density, and just a touch further at higher altitudes.
