What twist did you get in you Big 50? Nice rifle too!

Hi Stephen, my Shiloh 50 90. 20 yrs old, has a #1 heavy barrel, 30 inch, with the older 36 inch twist. I use a 600 grain postel type bullet, and it prints 2 inches or less at 100. 85, 1/12 swill, 030 card, and two newspaper wads...slight compression. you need the longer bullet to stabilize in that twist, but it sure works.....Ken
