I and two of my boys burned some powder this morning at the base of the mountain. This was Kalebs first time shooting the 50 1 3/4" Sharps, he did great! We were shooting at a steel plate around 4" diameter at 50 yards. Cody my seven year old had fun shooting a couple 22 pistols and watching us shoot my Springfield 1911.

We ran 26 paper patch rounds threw the Sharps without any cleaning, or blowing, it was a nice cool morning. No loss of accuracy that I could tell. I picked up a couple of the cards and paper from the bullet, all looks like it's suppose too. The card showed no disfiguring, this would of been the lower card below the lube, I could tell by the the black powder impregnation.

It was a nice morning.
