The wait begins

Sometimes we just cannot help ourselves when it comes to experimenting new molds. I was checking out things on web and came across a "SALE". Optics Planet was offering new Lyman 457658 mold delivered for $60 bucks. A bunch were cast yielding at 494 gr. with mix in pot. After cleaning in solvent and prep this mold started dropping good casts and ran out the 20# pot (see pic). Today during a range session with chronograph I added a few of the 457658s thru my '74. Now one caveat is this load I admit is wrong in many ways in traditional thinking I apologize in advance I.E. my load is smokeless.
That said the three rounds in hand today velocity test read 1) 1380 fps, 2) 1383 fps & 3) 1383 fps. Since these rounds were fetched from a box of 100 that are ready for Opening Silhouette match here in April the rest are un-molested waiting there turn at steel critters. Could hardly get more bang for my bucks.
