Charlie, Schützen is a good powder. Another viable alternative is KIK. But Eynsford is quite possibly the best powder available today.

My recommendation for a kill two birds with one stone powder would be Eysnford 1.5. If you wanted a variety, I would suggest Schuetzen 2 f for the 45-70 and KIK for the 100.
Or 2f Eynsford for the 45-70 and pick one of the 1.5's for the 100.
I tried some Schuetzen 1f, and my rifles did not care for it.
