There's even an old fella buried out in the front yard under a boulder. Died in 1918. Mebbe Spanish flu? I dunno, just a guess. Date and initials carved on rock. Mentioned in deed too! Cabin was allegedly built in 1890's. Or there abouts. Then another fella came in prolly in the 30's and built other little cottages around it for tourist to come visit RMNF or fish in lake Granby. There are pencil autographs and dates on interior walls of different families and vacations! Pretty cool
