After inspecting 5 cans of 1.5 Swiss, including "looking", weighing, volumne comparisions and screening, theres no difference I can find, 'cept there was the coloration that I saw (I thought) in one can.

So I have set that can aside, just because. At a later date, I will do FPS testing against other cans, just because.
